Let's Draw Saturn with Deirdre Kelleghan

About the Event
In this event, Deirdre will draw the Saturn and talk about the details that make this planet so unique. Deirdre will also check where Saturn is in the sky during Science Week and give guidance so that you can find it from your garden.
How will it work? We will supply a link for you to stream this event into your classroom via YouTube. You can schedule the event at a time that suits you on your selected date.
What will I need? To get the most out of this event please have:
- Soft pastels
- A3 black sugar paper (1/2 sheets per child)
- A4 white paper (1 sheet per child)
- Pencil (1 per child)
- An old CD/DVD for drawing circles
- Non-perfumed baby wipes for removing the pastel from hands (if the classroom does not have a sink)
Recommended audience: Primary School (5th and 6th class) and Secondary School (1st and 2nd year)
